are you running the stock trans? any thoughts of running a z32 instead to handle the power? Also at 600hp you may want to look into better half shafts. The oem tooth picks dont like to last.

i never noticed the picks of your an lines, those hard lines are sick for turbo feed. If i may make a suggestion though. I think your going to have issues with your maf being so close to your turbo and your valve cover vent not routed to your turbo intake. I did the same thing and i had crazy fluctuation in A/F ratios until i fixed it. 10" away from the turbo min for the maf sensor. Thats per the guys at Jim Wolf. Sick build so far though. Keep up the ka love.

very nice, a map sensor is a ka-t best friend, rite next to an oil cooler, big ass radiator, and swirl pot system. Keeping it cool is going to be your biggest fight.

Are you playing with the aem at all? Are u still running the resistor packs? Just wondering if the may be messing you up. Im prety sure you dont need the packs not with the AEM. Might be something to look into. New cap and rotor, any other ignition upgrades?

i had my IAT in the same place for about a week. my a/f ratios were crazy! driving in town vs the hwy the a/f would fluctuate by more than 2 points! i wouldnt even bother putting it there now. just take the extra time to move it now lol.

yep i have been playing with the AEM a little bit here and there printed off the nice 217 page manual and slowly been making my way through it... i'm still running the resister pack it is required to have on a 240 to run low impedance injectors... but this is not true for all AEMs some do include the drivers needed internally usually just for vehicles that came stock with low impedance injectors.

and ya i put there and then a day later i was like hmm what the hell did i do that for i wrote under that picture that it wasn't staying there i'm gonna put it somewhere on my coldpipe towards the throttle body Smile i got the bung the other day in the mail

yeah i saw that. i was just trying to tell you not even to use it there for a day or two lol. once you move it your tune will change quite a bit. on my car i just put it right in front of my throttle body. isnt as good as in the intake manifold but i dont have many issues with fluctuations.

I don't know that I would put on the intake manifold we just finished a s2000 last week and the tune requested that we move from the ma.fold to pre throttle body

I just love looking at fresh built motors. Just a suggestion, look into an Apexi or K&N intake filter, preferably apexi because they are dry type and one of the better performing filters. Those hks or hks style foam filters do not filter very well. Everything looks great though!

Wow i haven't updated this forever but I did finish the car and get it running made 325 on wastgate pressure went back a week later and made 411 with spark blowout after that so I decided to do the LS2 coil upgrade to get rid of my spark blow out so here are pictures of that and a few other little upgrades to the car. going in for another tune tomorrow hopefully all goes well and i come out around 450hp to end the year.

Wiring looks like crap but I will be redoing it all when i put my Xcessive Intake on.

I'll post up a dyno sheet tomorrow hopefully!
