some things you will have to do.
-Custom motor mounts
-Custom tranny mounts
-maybe have to modify the oil pan
-tranny adapter for a t56 or whatever tranny you are thinking. (if there are no kits this is very hard to do trust me)
-might have to modify the firewall-tranny tunnel
-standalone for sure
-custom Driveshaft
-might have to make a custom shifter
-custom exhaust
-if your thinking turbo you might be able to find a mani that fits or thats going to be custom along with ic piping
-with the turbo comes the fuel pump, injector upgrades
Thats all i can think off the top of my head. Be prepared to have the engine and transmission in out of the car a million times. Could be a cool swap. A ton of work tho. Hope you can weld good haha. Good luck

1. the solstice trans should work

2. You don't need a stand alone, or I would. The factory ECM works, you just need to reprogram it and mod the wiring.

3. My engine and trans were in and out of the car 3 times... One of which was to paint the engine bay.

yes, sorry the solstice trans would work sorry my bad. Stand alones are just so nice to have control over timing, fuel, launch control and other things. And 600sx you bought not built your engine mounts correct? And just beat the tunnel in? Thats great you only had to take it in and out 3 times. Looks great by the way

Yes my mounts were bought, but building them are easy once you figure out where you want the engine to sit.

If I had to do it again I would definitely choose more displacement.

That said, sounds like a cool swap. I hope you follow through with it.
