 RB trouble

Hey the name is don i got a rb20 in my 240sx and its starting to make a slight ticking sound while rev up. I seems like a bearing going bad just started so i parked car asap so it wont get more destroyed.i just ordered new bearings for rods and crank.. wanna know is it hard to swap them out or will someone do it for me if i pay them....... Crying or Very sad

Slight ticking? You need to pinpoint where it's coming from. If it's towards the top of the motor, it could be valve train related, but if it's down low you could have a bearing shitting the bed.

If it's rpm related, it sounds like valve train to me.

is there anyone near greenfield that could help me check it out cause parts arent cheap for it and i dont wanna buy parts i dont have to... the sound is faint its not super loud it happens when u tap the gas or accelerate at idle theres nothing... if someone could check it out that would be awesome....i wanna say it sounds towards the bottom but its hard to tell cause it doesnt idle i have to give it a little gas so thats y i need a pair of hands if someone could... ill throw u some gas money.. this is my first time having a 240sx also having to deal with a rb20 motor thats expensive so i'm doing this blindfolded.. if u could let me know. i leaver on loomis road/hwy36 right by layton ave. thanks.....

Bearings are very easy to change if you pull the motor.
